Fee Free Days in 2017

Take part this year in the 10 Fee-Free Days provided to the public from the National Park Service in 2017! With more than 400 parks to explore, there are a vast number of opportunities to take advantage of these fee-free days. If you've had a few National Parks on your list to visit than these fee-free opportunities are perfect for you.

Mark your calendar for these entrance fee–free dates in 2017:

  • January 16: Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • February 20: Presidents' Day
  • April 15-16 and 22-23: Weekends of National Park Week
  • August 25: National Park Service Birthday
  • September 30: National Public Lands Day
  • November 11-12: Veterans Day Weekend


If you think you might be taking advantage of any these fee free days, be sure to head out to one of our many properties that exist in many of the national parks such as: Grand Canyon National Park, Badlands National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Grand Tetons National Park, Lake Mead National Recreation Area, Glen Canyon National Recreation Area, and Yellowstone National Park.
